My name is Virginia Amarna, in 1982
I studied in Design Fundamental for Visual Presentation, Graphic
for Visual Presentation, and Concept of Visualization where I
received my AA Degree as a Professional Designator of Design
and Merchandising in Advertising from The Fashion Institute of
Design & Merchandising in San Francisco. My education also
continues at Laney College in Photoshop, Photography, Multimedia
and the Internet. I also have a background in Computer Science
and worked as a Lab Assistant a Laney College. In addition I
achieved an AA Degree in Ethnic Studies (African American Studies).
In the 2003 I began designing baskets for a catering company.
My baskets are all hand made from wicker baskets. Each basket
is sprayed painted. Once dry I add different colors like reds,
green, blues with matching fabrics, assorted flowers and ornaments.
I can also custom basket at request.
